Delete Your Account

If you'd like your PGenius account and associated data permanently deleted, send a deletion request from the email address registered on your account using either option below:

We verify the request against the registered account before proceeding, so please reach out from the same email or phone number linked to your PGenius account. If you manage a PG facility with active tenants, let us know in your request how you'd like tenant records handled.

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been removed.

• Your login credentials and profile information (name, email, phone number).
• PG facility, room, tenant, and payment records owned by your account.
• Chat/support history and WhatsApp notification logs tied to your account.

Financial transaction records may be retained for a limited period where required by Indian tax and accounting law, and anonymized usage logs may be kept for security and fraud prevention. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
